Pinky Up

1.5 oz Gin

0.5 Chambord

0.25 Cappelletti

0.75 Lemon Juice

3 dashes Honest John Lemongrass Cardamom Bitters

Champagne Top


Combine all ingredients except for the champagne in a shaker tin with ice. Shake to dilute/combine. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with fanned lemon peel.
