0.5 Oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
0.375 Oz Cappelletti
0.125 Oz Benedictine
0.75 Oz Lime Juice
0.75 Oz Pineapple Juice
1 Oz Ginger Syrup
1 Dash Cinnamon
2 Dashes Honest John Sarsaparilla bitters
Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Double strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with Orange twist and fresh mint.
