Imparting vibrancy and a distinctive fuchsia hue to classic drinks like the Sazerac and Pendennis Club Cocktail, Honest John NOLA Bitters are a tribute to the ambitious tinctures created by famed New Orleans apothecaries of yore. Their repertoires built by combining herbalist traditions from around the globe, with an eye for exacting attention to detail. NOLA Bitters are created with organic ingredients sourced in our western mountain home, imbued with the complexity of sour cherry, citrus, and traditional spices, and grounded with floral and earthy decoctions of hibiscus and dark red beets. A signature and singular addition to cocktails, NOLA Bitters also contribute subtle fragrance and an elegant blush hue to desserts such as panna cotta, blancmange, or flan.
